I recently had the honor of sitting down with Jocko for a long-form conversation on the Jocko Podcast. It was a powerful experience—one that allowed me to share my story, talk about the path I’ve walked since leaving the military, and dive into the mission I’m on today.

For years, I’ve respected Jocko’s voice in the Veteran community. His platform has been a lifeline for so many, offering lessons in leadership, resilience, and discipline. To be invited onto his show was not just humbling—it was a chance to speak directly to brothers and sisters who know what it means to walk through fire and come out the other side.

We covered a lot of ground: my time in the Marines and Special Forces, the chaos that followed retirement, and the unlikely path that led me to the work I’m doing now with the Sacrament. It was raw, it was honest, and I think it will resonate with anyone who has carried heavy burdens and searched for a way to heal.

I’m genuinely excited for this episode to drop. More than just telling my story, I hope it sparks conversation, challenges assumptions, and reaches someone who needs to hear it at exactly the right moment.

Stay tuned—I’ll share the link as soon as it’s live.
